F5 – Forums for Females Focused on a Fabulous Future, is a business venture that was created to provide inspiration, tools, and community for women who are reinventing their careers, their images and their lives. In the throws of reinvention herself, Carol was compelled to join the the throng of baby-boomer women driven to find meaning in their work; to leave a legacy; to make the kind of impact that rises above the digital noise and visual cacophony that is defining the early 21st century.
F5 is galvanizing women who not only search for meaning and respect, but demand it. The initial focus of F5 was producing thematic forums aimed at inspiring a female audience to flourish, to shine, to sieze their rightful place in the world.

A few like-minded women got together to brainstorm, looking for a moniker for the movement. Oh and how those words that began with the letter “F” seemed to keep surfacing. Not just the infamous F-word (a personal favorite of Carol’s – irreverent but so expressive), but inspirational words such as fabulous and female; fun and finesse; footprint and fellowship; fate and fantasy; fashion and fitness; and, of course, fulfillment and future.
